Build the approved product plan in this project folder.

Approved plan: [PASTE PLAN]
Completed three Ps: [PASTE WORKSHEET]
Runtime and budget constraints: [CONSTRAINTS]

Inspect the folder and existing instructions first. Propose the smallest stack compatible with this environment. Explain the build sequence, then implement one complete workflow before adding secondary features.

For an agent evaluation product, implement:
Connect an agent I own or have permission to test.
Run a versioned suite of scenarios against the actual connected model or endpoint.
Persist run ID, model, policy version, timestamp, scenario input, response, expected behavior, actual tool activity, verdict, latency, and usage.
Keep connection failures and incomplete cases visible.
Let me inspect failed cases, request a diagnosis, approve a new policy version, and rerun.
Compare fixed, persistent, and new failures.
Produce a client report that excludes private prompts and conversation details.

Use fixtures only when explicitly labeled as test fixtures. Never display a fixture as a completed external action. Scores must be calculated from the run.

After the product workflow passes its acceptance criteria:
Add a public trial form and qualification queue.
Add a support form, documented answers, and an escalation queue.
Add prospect research, enrichment when available, and outreach drafting using my connected services.
Record draft, approved, and sent as distinct states. Sending requires my explicit approval and an actual configured delivery connector.

Keep API keys on the server. Never expose them in browser code, logs, screenshots, or sample files. Use my own credentials and report missing permissions accurately.
Provide installation steps, a local start command, an example environment file with empty values, and focused verification instructions.
Do not deploy publicly or send outreach as part of this build.
