The next platform that can make you money in half an hour of work

How business owners are making millions in half an hour of work.

I don’t know if you have come across Substack yet. But it has become one of the biggest content platforms in the world. Everyone on it uploads articles and content, daily or weekly, and the idea is content like an article or a blog.

And every one of those business owners and personalities already has something before they start. A customer base, past buyers, followers, a community of some kind. That is the part people miss. They arrived with a list. So they tell their audience to go and follow them on Substack.

But how do they make money?

On Substack you can ask for a monthly payment for the content you create. So they upload one article a day, people follow them, and people pay them X every month.

How you as a business owner can make an extra 10,000 a month in half an hour of work

You choose a topic for an article connected to your service or your product, and you mark it as exclusive content.

But do not guess the topic. Ask Claude, or whichever AI you work with, two things.

First, what sold in the last thirty days. Say you sell a hair straightener. Then the article is five ways to straighten your hair without burning it. The idea is to give them something like a mini course inside one article.

Second, what people asked you. The questions that come up about your product or your service, from customers and from people who were only curious.

Then ask Claude for a list of exclusive content built on your own data.

And then you run /write article with your AI team member. From there it wrote the whole article.

The whole thing took me ten minutes.

Then I upload it to Substack

I mark it as subscribers only, so it sits behind the paywall. And then I announce it. Email marketing, SMS, the WhatsApp group, social media. I tell my whole customer list that there is a new exclusive content area, only for people who bought from me or who follow me.

Even if you have 50 customers. Or 100. Or 2,000.

You can charge whatever you want.

And here is where most people get it wrong. They look at what Newsletter writers charge, and they copy the price. But a Newsletter writer is charging strangers, and that is why he can only charge a few dollars a month.

You are not charging strangers. You are charging people who have already paid you once, who already know you, and who already know what your opinion, your knowledge and your judgement are worth. That is why your price can be much higher, and if your list is small it needs to be higher still.

50 customers paying you a proper price can be a real business. 2,000 people paying you almost nothing, not necessarily.

Start with one

Do not build a content calendar now, and do not start designing a logo for it. Find the exclusive content your customers want to hear, because they are already your customers. Put it behind a paywall, and send one message to the list you already have.

Then you will know how many people are genuinely willing to pay for your knowledge and your thinking. And that is something most business owners never actually check.

The file I use for writing articles

Download it, upload it to Claude Desktop, and tell it: write me an article about your topic.
