About

We built this for our own business first. Then we built it for everyone else's.

Alchemix is two founders. One of us builds the systems, the other runs the projects and the organisational side. Most AI work fails on the second half.

01 Vision

The world is moving fast. The way many businesses operate isn’t.

Managers and teams are still buried in repetitive work, scattered information, manual processes and bottlenecks that steal time from the work that actually matters — making better decisions, improving the business and driving growth.

That’s why we built ALCHEMIX. We know the feeling, because we’ve been there too. Then we realized the tools are already here: technology, automation and AI are ready to be used. What’s missing is turning them into something practical — something that actually fits the way a business works.

Our goal is to make that shift accessible to managers, entrepreneurs and growing businesses: helping them use the tools available today to work better, move faster and spend more time on what creates real value.

02 Founder story

I did not come to AI from a technical background. I came to it as a business owner who needed a better way to work.

I knew what it felt like to hold too many parts of a business at once: marketing, clients, reporting, decisions, follow-ups and all the small tasks that quietly consume the week.

So I spent months learning how AI could do more than write content or answer questions. I began rebuilding the way the business operated.

The systems I created took over around 75% of recurring operational work, returned up to 20 hours a week and gave the business 50% more capacity to grow.

But the biggest change was not the technology.

It was getting my mornings back. It was having the space to think again. It was moving from being the person doing everything to the person designing what came next.

That experience became ALCHEMIX.

Today, we help founders, leaders and growing teams create that same shift, with strategy, solutions and support designed around their real business, not around the latest AI trend.

03 Who you work with

Two founders, and no layer in between.

The people who map your process are the people who build it. Nothing is handed to someone else after signing, because there is no one else.

Co-founder

Roni Toronto

Roni runs the build. She spent a decade managing two businesses and learned AI because the alternative was carrying every operational task herself. She now designs and builds the systems clients run on.

  • Ten years managing two businesses in parallel
  • Runs paid media and operations for a roster of live client accounts
  • Builds the systems herself, without a development team
Gal Toronto

Co-founder & head of projects

Gal Toronto

Gal manages the projects. He keeps a build on schedule, keeps your people involved while it is happening, and makes sure the finished system is actually used rather than quietly abandoned after launch.

  • Built a B2B department from scratch that reached 10% of company revenue within two years
  • Master's in Organizational Behaviour and Development, Reichman University, the field that studies why good systems get rejected by the people meant to use them
  • BA in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy, Reichman University

A system nobody adopts is not a technical failure. It is an organisational one, and it is the part most AI projects never plan for.

04 What we believe

This is bigger than adopting new technology. It is about changing what becomes possible.

01

AI should create space, not more pressure.

You do not need to chase every new tool or become an AI expert. The right systems should reduce the weight of the business, not add to it.

02

The business must lead the technology.

Every solution should begin with a real need and a clear outcome. Technology is there to serve the company, never the other way around.

03

Businesses must help shape how AI is used.

Leaders and teams should be part of deciding what is built, where it is used and what kind of business it helps them create.

04

Human work matters more, not less.

AI can take care of the repetitive, the manual and the easily missed. That gives people more space for judgement, relationships, creativity and leadership.
